ANGO DUNGEON includes official Freqtrade sample strategies that are available to all users. These are great starting points for learning and trading.
Available Default Strategies
SampleStrategy
The official Freqtrade template strategy from the main repository.
Characteristics:
- Basic RSI-based entry/exit
- Simple moving average confirmation
- Conservative settings for learning
Best For: Beginners learning strategy structure
Strategy001
Community-tested strategy from the Freqtrade strategies repository.
Type: Momentum-based
Indicators:
- Bollinger Bands
- RSI
- MACD
Strategy002
Community-tested strategy with trend-following logic.
Type: Trend Following
Indicators:
- EMA crossovers
- ADX for trend strength
- Volume confirmation
Strategy003
Mean reversion strategy for ranging markets.
Type: Mean Reversion
Indicators:
- Bollinger Bands
- Stochastic RSI
- Support/Resistance levels
Strategy004
Breakout strategy for volatile markets.
Type: Breakout
Indicators:
- ATR for volatility
- Price channels
- Volume spikes
Strategy005
Multi-indicator strategy combining various signals.

Using Default Strategies
Equipping
- Go to WEAPONS page
- Find the default strategy you want
- Click EQUIP
Backtesting
Default strategies can be backtested just like custom weapons:
- Select the strategy
- Click BACKTEST
- Configure parameters
- Review results
Limitations
- Default strategies cannot be deleted
- Default strategies cannot be modified
- To customize, create your own weapon based on the strategy
Learning from Defaults
Default strategies are excellent learning resources:
Review the strategy logic to understand how signals are generated
Run backtests to see performance characteristics
Use the patterns as templates for your own strategies
Choosing a Strategy

Start with SampleStrategy or Strategy003 for lower risk. Move to more aggressive strategies as you gain experience.
